Refund policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded. Unless shipping to your address is found to be not feasible by Fluffy team, there will be no refund issued. Refunds shall be given only as store credits that can be used for future purchase. Refunds shall not be in cash (or electronic money).

Since we bake only upon receiving orders and since our healthy bakes come with no preservatives, your order cancellation cannot be entertained. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
